Established in 2009 as sole distributor of Xerox in Ghana, Docutech has been at the forefront of printing and innovation; providing best in class IT solutions and services to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients and the workplace.  Our IT solutions utilise secure, cost-efficient and cutting-edge technology ranging from IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, paper and office equipment to IT related services such as MPS, ECM and cyber security.   

Docutech was the first company to provide and deliver a national Managed Print Services contract in Ghana in 2011. Since then, the managed print service portfolio has grown exponentially both with new clients onboard and the 100% renewal rate of clients. Docutech clients consistently express their satisfaction with the quality and price of our products and services. 

Docutech has installed several production printing devices across Ghana, in both commercial print houses and large public/private institutions. Our successes are a result of the continuous focus and investment in building the technical capacity and performance of our service team and using intelligent tools to deliver and manage service. Thanks to these efforts, the high quality and cost efficiency of Xerox production equipment is now well known among printing professionals, copy centers and printing presses in the region.
